Testimonials

I would like to commend Management Recruiters of Fort Wayne and their associates, for the professionalism they have demonstrated in their work with me. They have been very responsive to my interests/needs and have conducted themselves with the highest level of integrity.

Your willingness to listen as well as provide sound advice has been very beneficial to me. During a job search and/or placement process, there is always a high level of stress. You have helped ease that burden by working diligently with me to find the best possible position to meet my needs. You have presented my credentials to prospective employers, which has resulted in both interviews and job acceptance. I would recommend Management Recruiters of Fort Wayne to anyone in need of placement help.

Sincerely yours,
Robert, Materials Manager

I appreciate your recent follow-up on activities at xxxxxx and concern with the recent business conditions. We are bringing on several new customers that will diversify our customer base and make us ultimately stronger.

This is a good time to provide you with a testimonial on your services over the course of the last 5+ years. We have worked together on both sides of the customer/client equation through the years. You have been instrumental in several of my professional endeavors, and over the last two years your services have been very beneficial to xxxxx in its search to staff technical talent.

Over the course of my career I have changed jobs more frequently than I would have ever imagined coming out of college. This has largely been very beneficial to me from a professional standpoint, and has also provided me ample opportunity to work with many recruiters. The spectrum is complete in terms of “value and professionalism” that I have been exposed to in regards to recruiters. Some “came and went”, others were along for the ride, and some were of significant and lasting value. I can honestly say that you fall into the “significant and lasting value” category. You have maintained contact through the years and I’ve felt a personal involvement from you that I’ve not experienced elsewhere. I believe you are the only recruiter in which I have met in person.

I know that recruiting is your business, but you have taken it a step beyond and added that personal touch. I thank you for that.

Sincerely,

Marty, Engineering Manager

During the last several years, while employed by both X and now Y Automotive Plastic Polymers, many of my colleagues and myself have been richly rewarded by our association with Harold Rudin.

His exceptional integrity and professionalism are attributes which are not commonly found in the employment/personnel search industry. His willingness to spend the extra time in developing a thorough understanding of a candidates background and requirements go a long way to helping many of us understand why Harold has had such success in this market.

With distinction, he has successfully matched the right individual to the right position as a result of his tenacity in properly understanding the expectations of both parties. Combined with his characteristic insight and sensitivity, he has always exceeded our expectations.

I wouldn't normally do this, but I'm writing to you on behalf of our preferred recruiter, MRI-Ft. Wayne. We have been using them exclusively for about a year and they have done an outstanding job for us.
They specialize in automotive plastics and works alot in W. Michigan placing Program Mgrs, Process Engineers, Manuf. Engineers, Materials professionals, and Quality Engineers - all of which she's placed with us and are still here doing very well. They spent alot of time up front getting to know the company and this is the only time I can say that I believe a recruiter truly has our best interests at heart as well as the candidate. They do a very good job screening based on our criteria and culture, esp. hard to find skills.
For example, we recently recruited for a Materials Mgr with SAP experience, and were so anxious to fill it quickly, that I advertised in several newspapers, on Career Matrix, and with several (4) other recruiters. In the end, 2 of the top 3 finalists were their candidates out of a pool of 88 and 1 of theirs was hired. They are now working with our President and me on a Gen. Manager position, and I've told all other recruiters to 'Bug off.' I know that I occasionally want to see what other recruiters have to offer, but usually get burned. If anyone needs a fresh pool for any of the above-type positions, I would highly recommend MRI-Ft. Wayne.

It has been my pleasure to have worked with Management Recruiters of Greater Fort Wayne for over 5 years, both as a candidate and a client. The reasons for the longevity of this relationship are based on a simple, but important, quality; “professionalism”.

The term “professionalism” is used frequently and can possibly have different meanings to different people. To me it means that each and every contact I have had with you, or your staff, has left me feeling I have been treated fairly, honestly, and with the utmost respect. For each position I have had a need to fill, a thorough investigation of the requirements for the position has been conducted, and only candidates which meet those needs have been presented. In addition, and possibly most important, you and your staff have taken time to get to know the work environment, so as well as being qualified, the candidate is compatible with that environment.

Beyond these attributes, you and your staff have always behaved in a competent and pleasant way , making both the client and the candidate feel they are important. Your interest in satisfying your customers in evident by the thorough follow-up which takes place during, and after, the hiring process.

The most unique attribute your firm exhibits is the time and effort taken to build a relationship with clients and candidates. In this fast paced business climate we all live in, this relationship building is what sets your firm apart from your competition.

I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending your company to anyone needing services associated with seeking, or filling a position.

I am contacted by many recruiters during the year. At times, it can be more than one solicitation per week during peak demand.

Most recruiters are looking to simply gain their commission without any regard as to whether the employee and employer are a good match. I think one of their methods is to get as many people to interview at as many places as possible thus maximizing their potential of landing a sale. Of course, once you're hired they've forgotten your name.

I was impressed with you Myra from the start. Our open and lengthy conversations, your availability to me during and after the hiring process.

After I was hired by the company, you had called to follow up to make sure that I was happy. That was very nice. I had also spoken to you later about a concern that I had about my current position at this company and you were willing to help. I think that this kind of dedication really makes a difference. This is why I have referred some of my friends to you.

Thank you,

Paul
