I wouldn't normally do this, but I'm writing to you on behalf of our preferred recruiter, MRI-Ft. Wayne. We have been using them exclusively for about a year and they have done an outstanding job for us.

They specialize in automotive plastics and works alot in W. Michigan placing Program Mgrs, Process Engineers, Manuf. Engineers, Materials professionals, and Quality Engineers - all of which she's placed with us and are still here doing very well. They spent alot of time up front getting to know the company and this is the only time I can say that I believe a recruiter truly has our best interests at heart as well as the candidate. They do a very good job screening based on our criteria and culture, esp. hard to find skills.

For example, we recently recruited for a Materials Mgr with SAP experience, and were so anxious to fill it quickly, that I advertised in several newspapers, on Career Matrix, and with several (4) other recruiters. In the end, 2 of the top 3 finalists were their candidates out of a pool of 88 and 1 of theirs was hired. They are now working with our President and me on a Gen. Manager position, and I've told all other recruiters to 'Bug off.' I know that I occasionally want to see what other recruiters have to offer, but usually get burned. If anyone needs a fresh pool for any of the above-type positions, I would highly recommend MRI-Ft. Wayne.

It is understood that your hiring needs and priorities can change overnight.
We also understand that we might only be one of your current resources.

1. Retained Search:

This option is utilized when the need is of a critical nature.

It is a full service option that offers a dedicated project team assigned to your search until it's completion.

All recruited candidates are exclusively presented to the client.

Exclusive 19 Step Search Process

A replacement guarantee is for 90 days

Service charge is 30% of the estimated first year's compensation

1/3 is due upon signing contract
1/3 is due upon presentation of short list of candidates
1/3 is due 10 days of the candidate acceptance

Installments are non-refundable

2. Priority Search

This option is best utilized for positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace.

A project coordinator is assigned to the client until the position is filled.

All recruited candidates are exclusively presented to the client for a period of 30 days.

Exclusive 19 Step Search Process

Replacement guarantee is for 60 days

Service charge is 30% of the estimated first year's compensation

$5,000.00 deposit to be deducted off final service charge
Balance is due within 10 days of start date

Installment is non-refundable

3. Contingency Search:

This option is recommended for ongoing openings, which are not of an urgent and when a particular profile is constant.

Replacement guarantee is for 30 days.

No exclusivity of candidates is offered.

Service Charge is 30% of estimated first year's compensation
